Dr. Felder was born and raised in New Haven, CT. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University.

After graduating from Howard University College of Dentistry with the Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree, Dr. Felder returned to Connecticut to practice. She started her private dental practice in Norwalk in 2008.
